How a reverse face search engine differs from standard image lookup

Finding uncropped, resized, and re-uploaded face photos

A facial-feature engine may connect images that have been cropped or resized when enough facial detail remains. Standard reverse image engines are also useful for exact or near-duplicate copies. Neither approach guarantees coverage of every edited photo.

Tracking where your pictures appear on the public web

Review possible matches on their original websites and keep a record of source URLs and dates. Restrict checks to your own photos or images you are authorized to use. A search result may point to a repost rather than the first publication.

What is included in a free face search preview

The current preview lets you select, inspect and remove a photo locally, with no payment or account. Public-web matching and full source reports are not enabled yet. No paid report, free search allowance or checkout is being advertised as available.

OSINT, copyright protection, and personal reputation audits

Use public-source research to inspect your own image footprint, document possible copyright reuse or verify a photo’s publication context. Retain the original URL and date rather than making identity allegations. Search results do not grant rights to republish images.

Reverse face search engine FAQ

Which image formats can I use?

Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP file up to 10 MB. Use a clear image containing one adult face. The preview checks that the browser can decode the image; it does not certify face detection or identity.

Can modified photos still be found?

A crop, resize or color edit may preserve enough facial information for some engines. Heavy filters, face swaps, blur and extreme compression can prevent useful comparison. Verify any possible match against the original source.

How do I remove an indexed URL?

Use the removal request page to understand the scope of blocking. Removing a URL from search does not remove the original image from its host. The request service is not connected in this preview, so no removal ticket is issued.

A visual match indicates facial similarity on public web pages; it is not definitive proof of identity.
